Terms and conditions
REGISTRATION.
Registration is based on a first come first served system. A student is considered registered when the
full payment is received. A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 applies to all students (included
in price). Registration deadline for the Concept Design Workshop Sydney 2012 is 2th June 2012.
REFUND POLICY.
CDWA 2012 prices include a non-refundable $50.00 deposit. Refund requests must be received
via email, and will go in effect on the date received, 100% refund minus the non-refundable
$50.00 deposit will be issued for cancellations before Jun 22 2012. CDW has a no refund policy for
cancellations that occur within 3 days before the start of the workshop or any time afterwards.
COURSE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS.
CDW reserves the right to cancel any workshop, limit workshop sizes or substitute instructors for
those listed in the schedule should it be necessary.
ABSENCES.
Due to the nature of this workshop, it is not possible to make up missed classes. Since we cannot
refund missed classes, we strongly advise students to make it to every session in order to get the
most from the workshop.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY.
CDW reserves the right to provide qualified substitutes for its scheduled instructors in the event of
professional or personal changes in schedule.
MATERIALS POLICY.
CDW does not provide any computers or software for students. Students are responsible for
providing their own computers and software if required.
